Ordered an iPhone and trouble having old ATT number transferred.
Anyone have this problem? I finally upgraded from a flip phone and sales person stated he had to assign new device a phone number and we could transfer my old number once it is activated. I spent hours and hours on the phone and had to eventually go to ATT store to have a SIM card put in w old number but now my account has two new phones listed. One w old number and one w the new number I don't want.
Anyone have trouble like t his?
