We will be happy to check for problems with the network. Can you please reply with the zip code where you are experiencing issues?
While we check on the issue you can use Wi-Fi Calling to make calls, and receive texts anywhere you are connected to Wi-Fi. You can also use the AT&T Mark the Spot app to report problems and stay up to date with AT&T Wireless Network news.
