No Service on 2 iPhone 6's

Both my phone and my wife's have had no service in eastern Massachusetts for at least the last 2 hours. I have checked my bill and it is up to date.  Is there a general outage?  Any thoughts about how to resolve this?

Hi there @HallnNatick,

It is never a great experience to have your services interrupted with low signal. We understand how important it is to have good service coverage. Let's make sure we guide you in the right direction to get this resolved!

There can be a few things which can cause the no service issue. First, it would be best to check your SIM card to make sure there is no dirt or lint. Our Device Support Center offers step by step instructions on how to remove a SIM card properly. Once you have the SIM card out, please clean with a dry cloth and insert back into the phone.

For a great online experience, we have a Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool which provides personalized support to determine the case of any network issues you may be having with your phone. After selecting the make and model of your device, you will be directed to a page with necessary steps to correct the problem!

We have a great app called Mark The Spot, and the great news is it is completely free. This app will help report directly to our team for additional maintenance.

Have an amazing rest of your day!
