MOBILE hotspot

MY hotspot doesn’t want to turn on and I have a iPhone 6plus it tells me to go to the AT&T website but I don’t know how to turn on the hotspot on

Generally that message means that you don’t have the proper data plan that allows the use of your phone as a personal hotspot.  Which data plan do you have?

@Emilygonzalez12  The two likely culprits are:

  • Either your phone is misconfigured. Call AT&T ask why (confirm your IMEI).
  • Or you have an Unlimited Plan that does not support it.
