IMEI number not found
Hello, I just recently upgraded my 5c to a new iphone and I would like to unlock my old 5c. I was using the 5c up until yesterday on AT&T (purchased through AT&T) and today I tried the unlock portal and it didn't recognize the IMEI number as a AT&T device. I tried it both as a customer and not a customer to see if either way would work with the same result. Can you please help me unlock my phone.

This phone wasn't replaced through Apple's warranty at any time was it?

It wasn't. I purchased it brand new at an AT&T corporate store.
