How do I send a private message to you to provide my smart label information for my package?

I sent a damaged phone back on Monday, December 5th and I am trying to track my phone and it is saying that the label number isn't found.  I see a couple responses to send a message to you through private message, I click the link but it doesn't take me anywhere.  Help I don't want to pay for a phone that I returned!!!!

No, it was sent the the smart label and it doesn't show as received or a status and the replies on here said that I could send a private message with the information and they would be able to track it when received at the warehouse.  That is what I'm inquiring about.
