How can I remove access to a hacker who has infiltrated my iPhone?

A former business associate somehow made a connection into my iPhone and has full access to all of my data. I believe this was done using windows or android software and my phone resets itself sometimes and has strange behaviors.

@TXElectricalGuy I find it unlikely they are in your iPhone.

It's more likely they gained access to some of your account passwords.

You should reset:

  • iCloud password (or any other your apple passwords)
  • e-mails
  • all your financial institutions
  • everything else.

I'd go to iCloud.com and any devices I see linked to my account (under find my iPhone) I'd do a remote erase (or a remote lock).

It has nothing to do with windows or android updates, because obviously Apple is different OS. Like @Gary L said, change you icloud passwords, etc.
