Well basically you can't replace the antenna in an iPhone. Have you worked through this article from Apple?
If you can't connect to a cellular network
Its also possible the SIM is corrupted. Stop by a local AT&T Corporate Store for troubleshooting help including a free replacement SIM.
If you still can't connect schedule a visit to a local Apple Store Genius Bar for help or contact Apple for repair..
