Device unlock issue

So i recently payed off my iphone 8 plus and im trying to request a device unloc. however when i go and enter my account holder first and last name , it doesnt recognize the last name even thought im putting everything that matches on the bill . What can it possibly be?

Hi, @Julioah111898,

Let's take a look at this. When you're entering the information in the unlock portal, you're marking yourself as an AT&T wireless customer, correct? Go ahead and choose "No." It shouldn't make a difference in the long run.

Go ahead and take a look at things to know about unlocking your device through AT&T. There may be some information in there that might help.
