Can't make or receive calls to other lines on out account

As of 3 days ago myself, wife, and both kids can't receive calls from one another. Devices are iPhone 6+, iPhone 6, and iPhone SE x2. Went to AT&T and was told that it probably wasn't a network issue. However, I find it hard to believe all four devices are the problem t the same time, beginning at the same time. Help!
