Calling and Receiving calls

For some reason I cannot make or receive phone calls. Yes my bill is Paid! The phone works as normal but ends the call as it is begins.

Rebooting worked for 1 incoming call, then back to the standing problem of being unable to make or receive. Come on ATT, this is a major outage issue!

I read the thread about some phones not making and receiving calls. AT&T states that the issue should be resolved however, it is not for me. Yes, I turned the phone on and off a few times. It worked fine around 4:30 but now does not work.

Same issue. Restarting phone (and even force restarting) doesn't resolve the issue.

I am having the same issue and this resolution did not work for me. I have reset network settings, made sure I am not on DND, powered down a number of times, etc.....I am able to send messages and make FaceTime calls with WiFi but no phone calls. Not happy.

Just over 24 hours ago I updated to the last eat iOS.

You picked a bad time to activate the new SIM card. There seems to be a network wide issue going on now. Do you get service at all with the new SIM card, i.e. do you see AT&T on your display or “no service”?
