Call forwarding
If I call forward my personal phone to a work phone which has international calling will the incoming text & calls be billed to my personal phone or the work phone.

@Needtwoknow I don't think your texts will forward.
I'd think they'd both be charged a "minute" for each minute.
You mentioned an international plan, but didn't mention if you were in another country.
Your personal phone would only be forwarding to a US number, correct? So it would only be charged for a US call. On your personal phone you can likely receive texts for the same cost internationally as you do locally (unless it's a gophone).
