Access to websites
My iPhone 6s will not allow me to access certain websites and won't allow me to enable cookies for some reason

Look on your phone in 'Settings' -> Safari -> Scroll down to Privacy & Security -> 'Block Cookies'... you have 4 options here: Always Block, Allow from Current Website Only, Allow From Websites I Visit, and Always Allow.
I have mine set on Allow From Websites I Visit and haven't had the same error in a long time.
