unfortunaley caller Name ID stopped
this shows on the screen when I try to use the phone. I can't make a call or recieved a call. my telephone number is[edited for privacy – please do not post personal information].

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve been having with your phone calls!
This would definitely be frustrating, being able to call is the corner stone of any cellular experience!
I would suggest going to Settings > Device > Applications > Application Manager > Caller Name ID > Storage. Try clearing the cache and data there and restart your phone!
