my unlocked HTC 10 has problems with group texts.
Not everyone receives my text when sending a group text. I have no problem with individual texts.

I regret to hear you are having issues with some members of the group not getting your texts. I understand the importance of all members getting the information, and I am more than happy to help with this today!
Please make sure your device has the latest software available. Before downloading software it is a good idea to back up the phone’s data. Please visit the Device Support page and select your phone’s make and model. Click View All Solutions, and then click on Backup & Restore or Software updates to see the appropriate steps.
The next step is our great Troubleshoot & Resolve tool. After logging into your myAT&T account and selecting your device, please click on Messaging to begin the process of fixing the issue.
