What does error 491 mean when I try to download an app.
When I try to download an app it will not download then pops up message erroe491. What is this?

Do the following:
Open Settings
Go to Apps
Scroll down to Google Play Store and open it
Clear data and cache
Restart your phone
Open Google Play Store, let it sync, and you should be able to download whatever app was giving you error 491.
