Good afternoon and welcome to the Community Forums! Knowing who left you messages is very important, I will be honored to share some information on the topic.
If you are using basic voicemail services the phone number the call originated from should be read with the time and date before the message is played. If you are using visual voicemail the number should display on the screen where you play the message.
We have an excellent resource with instructions and pictures on how to check your voice mails, please click on this link to visit the webpage. Once there click on Change Device and select your make/model. Then select Tutorials and click on Voicemail on the bottom left hand side of the page.
