I totally understand how important it is to be able to get into your phone so you can use it. I am happy to assist with this!
To get back into your phone the first thing you will want to do is recover your Google account. You can do this by clicking here . If you do not remember your username or email address for your Google account please select You Forgot Your Username or the Email Address you used to sign in. After going through which you will want to select You Forgot Your Password. Once you recover your Google account please keep in mind it can take up to 24 hours before you can get back into your phone.
