Unlock request still in progress after a week
I submitted an unlock request for my lg Phoenix 2 a week ago and two days later I received an email that said that my request needed further research. It's been a week since I submitted the request and still don't have an answer. The request says is still in progress. I'm traveling overseas and need my phone unlocked. How long can this take? Thanks a lot for your help .

Welcome to the Community Forums! I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I can understand the need to have an unlocked device when traveling outside the United States. I would love to help out and look into this, so we can get your Phoenix 2 unlocked as soon as possible!
It can take up to 5 business days to complete a device unlock request; Saturday and Sunday are excluded. You can also check the status of your unlock request online any time as well. If this amount of time has already elapsed and you still have not received a response, I would like to look into this further.
