Transferring contacts to new phone

I don't have my old at&t phone, and I'm trying to restore my contacts to my replacement AT&T phone, but I'm not having any luck finding where to do that. What I'm seeing is all the contacts in my Google account, but none from my AT&T account.
Any help would be appreciated.
