SimpleMobile sim card in a At&t phone?
OK so I bought a prepaid Mavis 3 phone right out the box.. I'm asking is the phone already unlocked since its brand new?..or is it lock... An if it's locked it doesn't have a phone number yet.... So can I pay for a simplemobile sim card an will they give me a number when I put it in the phone... Or do I have to pay my AT&T bill first, get a number then switch to simplemobile?

All prepaid phones are sold locked. It will not be unlocked until it is used on ATT prepaid for 6 consecutive paid months service.
