Send/Receive photos and videos

Question

Yesterday, and for 10 years previous, I have been able to send and receive pictures and videos via 'Messaging' on my Galaxy Note 4. Today I cannot, but, I can send and receive texts. Is anyone having the same issue?

To your question: I did not. I have 4G where I am located and wifi N where I was at the time of the original problem. Everything else was working great except pics & vids send & receive via MMS. I rebooted the phone and everything began working just fine. The reason I didn't think to reboot, at the time, was I had just done a reboot two days before. I forgot the first rule of cellular telephone problem solutions ..... 'reboot, then check the operating software & hardware.' LOL Thanks.

Have you turned cellular data off? You must have an active cellular data connection to send or receive a picture or video message.
