Phone question

Hi, 

I am planning to buy a phone that supports the following bands:

 2G: GSM/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900MHz

               CDMA 800MHz

 3G: WCDMA 850/900/1900/2100MHz

           TD-SCDMA B34/B39

           CDMA2000 800MHz

 4G: FDD-LTE B1/2/3/4/5/7/8

          TDD-LTE B38/B39/B40/B41

I live in the NY area.  But I am planning to move to Dallas after a couple of months.  Keeping this information in mind, will I have any issues using this phone with AT&T network?
