My phone is not coming on

I’m sorry to hear about your phone not powering on! I understand how concerning it can be when you are not able to contact loved ones due to a phone malfunction. I will be more than happy to work with you on finding out what is going on and coming up with a solution to this problem together.

I recommend holding the Volume Down & Power buttons at the same time for about 15 – 20 seconds. If this is a device issue this will force the phone to restart itself. If it does not turn on when doing this step, it may be a battery problem, or the phone may not be charged enough to function properly.
