My device's IMEI no longer shows up as compatible on the BYOD page.
Two weeks ago, I checked my device's compatibility on the BYOD website. It came up as fine. Today, I decided to make the switch. But this time when I put in my IMEI, I got a message that AT&T couldn't verify whether or not my device is compatible. I have a Verizon Galaxy S8+, so I know for a fact that it will work. Any idea what could be causing this?

I am sorry you are having issues with your IMEI. I am pleased to check into this for you!
The first thing I will suggest is to clear your cache and cookies from your browser, then try once more. You can also try using a different browser or device. Please let me know if that works.
