LG V495 tablet screen issue

With many devices having touchscreens, it can be concerning when the device is not working due to the response issue.  It will be my pleasure to help resolve this issue!

 Sometimes a soft reset will clear this up. Please try pressing and holding the Power and the Volume Down keys for up to 15 seconds.  Once you see the LG bootup logo on the screen, let go of both keys.

Another great step you can try is visiting our Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool.  It is a fantastic resource which is a like having a tech support agent available at any time! After you have selected your make and model, please go to Device/software issues > Screen.

Should the previous steps not work, we will need to look into a warranty or insurance exchange for your tablet.  The warranty process does not have a cost as long as there is no physical or liquid damage. Insurance will charge a deductible, but is a great option if there are any cracks or damage to the device.
