LG Phoenix 2 software update

I have been trying to update my phone, each time that search for new software said that is up to date and try in 24 hours, did factory reset twice same result,

I see your device has the latest update released on May 16, 2017. Usually when we release software to phones, we send out the update in batches based on your IMEI number. This assists in ensuring a smooth update for our users. It should not be too long before you are sent the download notice. You can always double check your software version by checking out our Device Support Tool. Select your make and model phone, click on View all Solutions > System & Storage > Software update.
