I can't download update of Alcatel Tetra 5041c
My Alcatel Tetra 5041c has the update of June 2018, there is a new one of 2019, but when I update for the "configuration" it tells me that it is updated, when it is not. Does anyone know how to fix this error to update my phone?

My Alcatel tetra phone is released, so I have searched for a way to update the software manually, but I have not managed it, because it is very difficult. I want to know if there will be any application that allows me to update the software with my PC.
Another thing, the "update Alcatel Tetra software" page does not have any information.

Thank you for informing us. When you say your cell phone is released, do you mean that it is unlocked? If so, are you currently using the device with wireless service from AT&T or another carrier? Is your cell phone AT&T branded? Also, you can find the steps to update the software for your cell phone at the page that you're referring to under "Update & verify software". Unfortunately, there is no available option to update the software for your cell phone with your computer. Yes, my phone is unlocked. And my phone is At & t. I think I do not meet all the requirements because I am in a country that is beyond the reach of the At & t network. That's why I wanted to see if there was a way to update the software of an unlocked phone that is outside the AT & T network
