Question

When I try to install an app I get an error message that says ' The item you were attempting to purchase could not be found'.  I have a Samsung Note 8! Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

What app are you looking for? If there is such an app, you should see the options to install or message saying the app is not compatible with your device.

My son and I both have the same phone and he is able to get Spotify on his but not on mine. Also trying to download games and I get the same error messaage.

Something could be wrong with your Google Play Store app. Try to clean the cache memory. If it still does not work, delete data. The last step that should fix it will be disable the app, reinstall the factory version. Enable the app again and bring it back to the current version. Good luck.
