Data transfer stopped

I recently moved from Verizon to ATT Wireless.  My transfer of data has stopped at 1 min and 35 sec left remaining.  It has been like this for over 30 minutes now.  Any ideas of how to get it to finish?

I completely understand how important it is to have your data transferred over smoothly. Are you using AT&T Mobile Transfer app? If so, the best thing to do would be to start over. If you are transferring the data using a different method please let me know. I look forward to hearing from you!
