Cannot make or receive calls on my Galaxy S6 Edge

My unlocked Galaxy S6 Edge has suddenly not been receiving calls, and I cannot make outgoing calls either. It doesn't even show me that I have any missed calls. I can still receive texts and use data fine. I also have full bars of service. I bought this phone in Japan, but it is unlocked, and when I first started my service with AT&T, the service was completely fine. Any solutions for this?

Call utilization is certainly very important! You should be still using network services fine on an unlocked phone. I will be elated to offer several solutions now.

 

When you first noticed the call service to fail, did you try to reboot the phone? By powering the phone off and back on, this can refresh the connection from the phone to our network.

 

Since the phone is unlocked, I would also highly suggest updating your APN settings in the phone. You can learn how to do this by checking out our APN list.
