I am sorry to hear your phone’s screen is not working. I will be glad to help you out!
Depending on your device, you can try a soft reset to attempt to get the display working again. This is done by pressing and holding the Power and Volume Down buttons together for about three to five seconds. The phone will power off. Some LG devices actually need to have the Volume Up and the Power buttons pressed together in order to complete a soft reset.
We can definitely setup the call forwarding on your line, you would need to contact us either at @ATTMobilityCare with a private message, or by calling or chatting in with us. For private messages, please include your name, number, account number, and best time and method to contact you.

@Tiffbrandy16 Poop your SIM into an AT&T compatible phone and set the forwarding (then put the other SIM back in).
