Blackberry KeyOne ATT Uverse App issue

Have a brand new BB KeyOne from ATT.  Have loaded the ATT Uverse app but when I try to stream live programing or use the on demand feature I get a notification that the Parental Controls on the Master Account have to be modified.  Did that and there are no restrictions selected but i still get the same message.  I dont have that problem with either of the Iphones 7 or 8  we just  set up.  Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Hi @Bellsouth1991,

are you getting this message when you're connected to your home network or when you're away? Check out the article for some basic u-verse app troubleshooting steps.

The message appears when connected to our home network.

Have you tried using your https://soc.att.com/2ON5srF email address to login?

Used my email address to log into the app rather than the ATT ID.  Both worked to login to the app, but the email address made the parental controls message and associated restrictions go away.  Thank you for the suggestion.  It worked.
