We'd love to help with this. Have you tried to reset the network settings? If not, try this:

1. Swipe down for Notifications.
2. Tap the Settings icon.
3. Scroll down to Backup and reset.
4. Tap Reset network settings.
5. Tap RESET SETTINGS, and tap RESET SETTINGS again on the next screen to confirm.
