Unable to re-activate old Old GoPhone sim

Hi ATT,

I have an old SIM card I used a few years ago and I’d like to reactivate it but have no clue what the password/userID/email is for it. When I type the number into the Prepaid account #, it doesn’t register it. Do numbers get deleted after a certain period of non usage? Could someone get in touch with me and help me re-activate it?

You can’t reactivate an old SIM card. A prepaid account is automatically closed if the account balance is $0 for more than 60 days. When the account is closed, the number is lost. You will need to open a new account with a new SIM card and new number.
