Never received ATT Prepaid reward card
Hello, after I made three monthly payment for my AT&T prepaid plan, I was supposed to receive a $50 reward card within 3~5 days. This was confirmed by an AT&T representative, as well as a SMS I received from ATT. However, it's almost half a month and I still haven't received any info about the reward card. Is there something wrong?

Hello @andyrising,
We can definitely provide you with some more information about this promotion. In order to Get a Visa Reward Card with AT&T PREPAID, you had to have purchased an AT&T PREPAID phone from a participating national AT&T retail location and activate your service on a $35 monthly plan or higher, then make your third monthly payment within 90 days of activation. If all of those requirements were met, we should have texted you with an 8-digit promotional code and instructions on how to redeem your reward card, within 3-5 days after your third monthly payment was made. Have you received this text message? If so, please follow the instructions and use the code at https://soc.att.com/2Qf0eoZ to get your free AT&T Visa Reward Card.
