Login AT&T prepaid

Why is it that i have to reset my password every single time I try to log into my AT&T prepaid account?  I change it to a different 4 digit code every time so thats not the issue.

We're more than happy to provide a solution!

 

When you request to have the 4-digt password sent to you, the password is only temporary in order to for you to access your prepaid account. You will have to go into your account a create a new password to use in the future.

 

To create your new password, you can follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your AT&T Prepaid Account.
  2. Choose Profile & Settings and then Personal Info.
  3. Enter your Current Online Password.
  4. Select Change Online Password or Change 4-Digit PIN. (Or check both boxes to change both at the same time.)
  5. Enter the new info and select Submit.

 

After saving the new password, you won't have to request a new reset unless you have forgotten your 4-digit code.

My 4 digit password still will not work but I did try the online password and it let me log in. Still a few bugs to work out there.

Not true for me, even after creating a new password after getting in with a temporary the next time I try to login it still says error unable to log into the system at this time.

I still can't use the 4 digit password. I have to type in my 12 digit online password. I honestly don't know what's going on. I didn't have any trouble with AT&T up until January. I don't know if its just us prepaid customers or what. They have a whole log of bugs that needs attending to. I didn't accept his solution.
