I got a at&t visa reward card which I didn't sign up

I didn't sign up any kind of visa card but I got two text messages about it.

First one is about entering the code to claim the reward.

The second one gave me specific detail of code and also asked me to claim the reward.

Does this mean that my account is hacked?
