Can't log in to account...
It seems like others are having this problem. I can't sign into my prepaid account, getting Error! message: The system cannot log you in at this time. I've been trying for a week to log in, and had no trouble a couple of weeks ago. I called for AT&T help, and my pin is correct, but after 20 minutes of not being able to help me I had to move on with my day. There is no link or any information about how to contact about website problems. Getting frustrated...

Thanks for letting us know. Please be sure to use the most recent version of any Supported internet browsers. Newer versions have updated tools and security features that protect you and help you get the most from our website. Our website works best with the 2 most recent versions of the browsers that you've tried already, as well as Internet Explorer and Firefox. We also recommend that you Download the myAT&T app on your wireless device and check to see if you're experiencing this same issue when you attempt sign in there. If you're still having issues, we recommend that you follow these steps to Reset your AT&T PREPAID PIN or online password. Let us know if this helps.

Are you experiencing this issue with the myAT&T app on your wireless device, or only when you try to sign in with an internet browser? I am signing in through web browsers. I have tried 2 different computers
and a phone, and have used chrome, safari, and explorer. I have cleared
cookies and browser history. I also called in and know that my number and
pin are correct.
