Hello @dathom!
Currently, it's not possible to deactivate that notification. For security reasons, phones receive a text message from AT&T Secure Family when they become locatable. Once per month, an SMS is sent to child/companion device reminding them they are being tracked by the parent's phone number.

I don’t have secure family app on phone and my mom says she can’t track me
so why do I get the “secure family ur number can be tracked by *moms #* ?”
texts randomly ?
