Why isn't wifi calling available with go phone plans?
AT&T reps told me on two occassions that wifi calling was available if my phone supported it. I bought an iPhone se, confirmed wifi was available on that iPhone, went through the set up process and received a message that wifi calling is not available on go phone plans. This is unacceptable: I was told it was available, now it seems it is not.
What remedy is available to me?

I am sorry to hear about the misinformation provided to you regarding Wi-Fi Calling. I know experiencing poor voice service in your area is frustrating. It would be my pleasure to clear things up for you!
Your iPhone SE is Wi-Fi Calling capable; however in order to use it, an active postpaid AT&T wireless account is required.

If you are paying for prepaid, you get more data, but less services that are available to postpaid plans. HD voice and wifi calling are just 2 services you don't qualify for on Gophone.
On postpiad, the iPhone SE will just fine.

And what is the reason that prepaid customers don't rate to use wifi calling?? I'm still confused by the answer because it is not saying anything as to why it's not available.

@goodluvv There is no answer as to why, at least none that ATT has ever provided. They simply don't support it on prepaid.
