Why is the setting for turning on call waiting is grayed out on my iPhone SE (ios10.x) ?
Why is the setting for turning on call waiting is grayed out on my iPhone SE (ios10.x) ? It is set to off but as the button is grayed out, I am unable to switch it on. How can I fix this please?
Call waiting works for everyone else in our family plan, except for me. It is included in our cellular plan and paid for. Please advise?

No having call waiting as option in settings is concerning. I understand the importance of this feature. I use this option a lot as well. I will gladly help with this today!

We use Att not only for 2 family member phones but for home tv and Internet service.Problem is another phone I am using is an unlocked att phone with ST ATT sim that I am having this same issue. I am thinking this att unlocked phone did not have this issue corrented by ATT before I bought this as a new open box phone as two situations have come up and need this feature due to a relative with cancer and an elderly one in the hospital. Is their a way for ATT to fix this phone as ST had me dial into ATT line for settingsale and ATT message says can't be complated as dialed and setting is grayed out and indicates service unavailable. How can ATT correct this unlocked att phone?
