When my husbsnd called, another number showed up.
Many husband called me, then if sounded like he clicked over to another line or put me on hold. When I called him back, I dialed his regular number, but another, out if state number showed up in my call log. When he called me back, The same number showed in my call log.

This is a unique situation which is occurring when contacting your husband. I understand how this can raise a concern! I can help guide you on this.
From the way you described it, it does sound like this issue is with your husband’s line, not yours. There is a chance his line is set up with call forwarding to another number. I do recommend your husband contacts his carrier for proper troubleshooting. We can look over his account and profile to make sure everything is set up correctly and resolves anything which may be causing this.
