Voicemail trouble

I have never needed my voicemail until now and I go to set it up and it is the most difficult task yet. I pay 65 a month for unlimited everything and the step by step tutorial shows going through visual voicemail set up when I do this it tells me to manage my plan to one that supports visual voicemail. Which is ridiculous. Why can't I just set my voicemail up and how the h e l l does my plan NOT support this.

Thank you for joining the Community Forums! Visual Voicemail is an excellent feature to utilize in your day to day usage. I am sorry to hear you have been unable to set it up! I will be more than happy to help get this working for you!

 

Please head over to our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. Select your make and model, and then voicemail. This will provide numerous troubleshooting steps, and should identify and correct the problem.


Please let me know if this works.  If it does not, it may be a provisioning issue.
