@Dazednconfound Despite what ATTCares said above, bill reprints only contain billing info, not the detailed call logs. I am pretty sure it is not possible to get the call logs you desire. They simply aren’t available. That probably explains why they have never been mailed as promised.

I've tried and tried requesting ATT customer service to retrieve a mobile bill/call log from October 2013. Over and over I've been promised a mailed copy . I was an ATT subscriber 14 years, I retain the same # through consumer cellular, my iPad currently operates on an ATT subscription for the past 6 years...any help would be appreciated?

I have the same issue, save for the fact I need call info from the last spring. Since my phone is prepaid the online access only goes back six months.

@CoburgJohn Sorry, no one can help. As you already know, prepaid only has 6 months of history. It s simply not possible to get anything older.

I discontinue my service with att last month in April. Now I am unable to login to my old account. I need the billing statements for the year 2018 up to when I discontinued my service for income purposes. It is vital that I obtain this information for income tax purpose. How can I obtain this important information?

Because the contact has been a long time ago. If you lost it, it should have been overwritten by the new file. Apart from contacting the carrier, there is no other way to get them back.
