Order process

My order still says it's processing, because my phone number is being sent over. However I need to know what day I'll actually be receiving my phone and when it will be here. I stayed on the phone for an hour with a representative and they said that my number isn't even on a transfer list. Seeing that I've already paid an upfront amount I'm a little anxious to see if my order is actually heading my way.
