my phone number is coming up blocked on other peoples phone or private how do I change this as I've never asked for my phone number to be private or blocked

I’d be happy to help with your Caller ID! This may be due to a device setting. Can you please let us know what make and model device you are using so we may assist in checking that Caller ID visibility is set to “Show”?
