I am trying to make my payment and have not received a bill..I do not know my account number and have tried several times to contact customer service by phone with no luck. I sit on the phone on hold for hours. Please advise

@becslater You need to create your my ATT access ID. Please copy and paste the link below and use it to follow directions for "account management"
