I switch to att in Jan and its March 24 and I h ave not received any refund.

I switch to att in Jan and its March 24 and I h ave not received any refund. All I have now is bills everywhere. I have call 8668528617 3 consecutive days for a wait time of 1 hour and then get disconnected. Have call CUSTOMER SERVICE 10 TIMES ONLY FOR THIS MATTER their response this is not our department you need to call the #...I explainded that I had and the wait time with only automatic voice mail no one answers. THIS IS FRUSTRATING!!!!
