Yes, it's $100 for the first line, $40 for additional (4th smartphone is free).

NO TETHERING or HOTSPOT allowed.
Do not do the combined billing option, it tends to be a nightmare...

@Jessica1065 I second @Gary L's comment about combined billing! DONT do it yet at least... if you have the option to bundle services (i.e. Internet or if you needed a home phone) you can take advance of the discounts, but keep the billing separate!!
